About the Project


Masks as a part of daily life

An image experiment by @nickelpin to reenvision a functional medical grade respirator into a fashion accessory and a part of daily life.
The base mask used in this project is a Dentec Safety NxMD. Finishing achieved through a mixture of hand painting and hand embellishment with paint, brush and marker.

Project was shared out on social media in the spring of 2022, and has received 120+ reshares on Twitter.
